In line with our expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Clerk to join our ever-growing team. As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the finance department in various accounting, banking, and administrative tasks. Your primary duties will include processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank & cash reconciliations
- Assist in the month-end processes.
- Issue of invoices, debtor chasing & reconciliations
- Posting of invoices, creditors’ payments, and reconciliations.
- Assisting in audit-related tasks
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
- A level standard / Advanced Diploma of Education in Accounts.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or clerical role, preferably with a focus on high-volume transactions and bank-related tasks.
- Previous experience in a retail or supermarket setting is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Possess a high work ethic.
- Fluency in Maltese & English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a retail or supermarket setting is a plus.
